In collaboration with Chef Justin North, we've crafted a new menu that mirrors the distinct seasonal changes of the Orange region, paying homage to the Swift family's agricultural roots.

Our menu highlights the integrity of local produce through a four-course degustation priced at $130 per person.

Open for lunch from Thursday to Sunday, our restaurant now also boasts an expanded wine list featuring exceptional local and international wines that resonate with our winemaking philosophy.
